My Health Online Service Update
Following the identification of a technical issue, My Health Online is no longer available to patients at this Practice.

To create and verify an NHS login account to use the NHS Wales App you will need to be aged 16 and over, have access to your own individual email address and a valid photographic ID to verify your identity. This can be a passport, driving licence, or national ID card.
If you do not possess a valid photo ID, you will not be able to verify your identity and therefore will not be able access the NHS Wales App’s features (such as booking appointments, ordering prescriptions and accessing My Health).
The Digital Services for Patients and the Public programme are aware of this issue and are working with partners at the NHS login service to develop a solution which we hope to be in place by Spring 2024.
