In August 2010 there were 1631 appointments lost through non attendance. 

These could have been used had we been informed.

Please let us know if you cannot keep your appointment.

Who knows? It might free up an appointment you need yourself in the near future.

All new patients will be asked to complete a health questionnaire and offered an appointment for a health check with the Practice Nurse on registration.

This will allow the practice to collect information on your past medical health prior to receiving your full medical records.
